Can my balloons be installed outside?

Accepted Answer

Yes, balloons can absolutely be installed outdoors, and we have successfully completed many outdoor installations. That said, June through August can be especially tough on balloons in the Florida heat and direct sun.For the best results, we strongly recommend indoor installations during these months, or placing balloons in a covered, shaded area away from direct sunlight. If we feel an outdoor setup may not hold up well due to heat or weather conditions, we will always be upfront and let you know ahead of time.Please note that we are unable to return to repair or replace balloons that pop after installation due to heat, sun exposure, or outdoor conditions.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we service all of Tampa Bay. This includes Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. We are also able to travel outside of these areas like Manatee/Sarasota or Orlando. However these outer cities may incur a larger delivery/install fee.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All deposits made to reserve the date of your event are non-refundable.If your event is canceled, the deposit will remain as a credit on your account indefinitely and may be applied toward a future booking. Due to the custom nature of our balloon services, payments are generally non-refundable. However, depending on the circumstances and the amount of notice provided, we may be able to offer a credit toward a future event.
We kindly request at least four weeks’ notice for cancellations so we can properly review and process any eligible credits.

Do you come back to breakdown the items?

Accepted Answer

For any installs that require frames or rentals, we will return to breakdown and take those items. For free standing balloon garlands, we do not return to break these down. Once the event has ended, taking down the installation is the responsibility of the client. If you are interested in us coming back to remove the balloons and command hooks, this can be provided and will add a breakdown/return fee on your invoice. Please mention this when you inquire.

Do you offer pickup options?

Yes, we do offer pickup options! We are located in the Lutz area.Pickup is available for helium bundles, balloon bouquets, number stacks, and smaller garlands-to-go. For these smaller items, local delivery is also available within the Tampa Bay area for a $30 delivery fee.Important Pickup Information:Please make sure your vehicle has enough open space before arriving for pickup. Balloons must be transported in an SUV or similarly spacious vehicle with all back seats folded down. The vehicle should be completely empty, with no car seats, boxes, tools, sports equipment, luggage, or other items in the back.

How does delivery and installing work?

Installation timing will be discussed once your order has been placed and your deposit has been paid.On the day of your event, we will arrive at the agreed-upon setup time to unload and install all items, allowing enough time to ensure everything is completed before your event begins.If your event requires breakdown, we will return at the agreed-upon time to remove the designated items. Breakdown typically takes much less time than the initial setup.

Our full-service installations include design, delivery, setup, and breakdown.Once your event is booked, we are happy to provide mockups and color combinations to help bring your vision together and fine-tune the details that make your event truly pop.From start to finish, we handle the details so your setup feels seamless, polished, and stress-free.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery, installation, and breakdown fees vary depending on the size of the installation and whether a return visit is required for breakdown. Any applicable fees will be clearly listed and communicated in your quote. Below is a price range of what you can expect. Fee Guidelines:-$30 delivery fee for smaller items, such as helium bouquets.-$75-100 delivery/install fee for items like larger balloon garlands that require install but not breakdown. We do not return for balloon garland breakdown unless the client requests this. If so, there would be a breakdown fee added in. -$150–$250 delivery, installation, and breakdown fee for installations that include frames, rentals, or items that require us to return after the event.-Installations over $1,000 are subject to a 20% delivery, installation, and breakdown fee.

What if I can't make your minimum for installs but I still want balloons?

That’s completely okay! We understand that every event has a different budget, and we’re happy to offer more cost-effective options.Pickup is available for smaller balloon orders, and local delivery can also be added for a $30 delivery fee. These options include balloon bouquets, helium orders, number stacks, and balloon columns.They are a great alternative to full-service installations while still using the same professional-grade balloons we use in our custom event setups.

Are you able to setup/coordinate other vendors?

In addition to balloons, we work closely with a variety of trusted vendors to help ensure your decor pieces are reliably sourced and thoughtfully coordinated.For clients wanting a more complete event design experience beyond balloons, including tables, entertainment, bars, lounge areas, or other styled spaces, we offer full-scale event planning and design services.

What if there is bad weather?

Weather can be unpredictable, and it is the client’s responsibility to monitor conditions and feel comfortable proceeding with the event as planned. We will also keep an eye on the weather and communicate with you regarding any concerns or necessary adjustments.In the event of unexpected inclement weather, setup timing may be affected. For safety reasons, we may not be able to install during lightning, severe wind, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions. We will always do our best to complete your setup while keeping our team and equipment safe.Please note that weather may impact the final installation, and in rare cases, we may need to cancel or be unable to complete the setup. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations or issues.Additionally, if third-party vendors are hired on your behalf, their own weather policies may also affect whether they are able to set up or provide services.For outside events, we do always encourage our clients to have a back up weather plan in mind.
